01Career guidance

Find your direction

We help lower and upper secondary pupils discover their interests, skills and career prospects.

Learn moreShow less

Choosing a career and a field of study is one of the most important decisions a young person makes. Through personalised counselling we explore different educational and career paths and help the pupil gain a clearer picture of their future.

Our goal is not to tell a pupil “what they should become”. Our goal is to give them the information and guidance they need to make a conscious, well-informed choice.

Indicative topics

  • Career guidance
  • Identifying interests and skills
  • Choosing a direction
  • Choosing a scientific field
  • Exploring career options
  • Linking studies to career prospects
  • Counselling for pupils and parents
02Choosing what to study

Find the right studies for you

Choosing a programme shouldn’t rest only on a school’s name or a general impression.

Learn moreShow less

We look together at

  • the subject of study
  • the structure of the programme
  • the modules
  • the career outcomes
  • the entry requirements
  • the country
  • the cost
  • the options for further study
  • future career choices

The aim is to find a programme that fits both the candidate’s academic abilities and their personal and career goals.

03Study in Greece

The right school is the one that fits you

We support pupils in exploring undergraduate options in Greece.

The process can include an analysis of schools, study programmes, professional rights and possible career paths.

We don’t only ask “where can I get in?”. Above all, we ask:

“Which choice can take me where I really want to go?”

04Studying abroad

Study without borders

We organise the process for universities abroad, step by step.

Choosing a university abroad opens up many opportunities, but it also raises many questions: Which country is right? Which university? Which programme? What are the entry requirements? When should preparation start? What does the application file need?

Indicative areas of interest

  • United Kingdom
  • European universities
  • United States
  • International programmes

05University applications

An application is not just a form

The right strategy, early preparation and consistency at every stage of the application.

Learn moreShow less

At competitive universities, a successful application needs the right strategy, early preparation and consistency. Support can include:

  • choosing universities
  • building a shortlist
  • checking entry requirements
  • planning a timeline
  • organising the application file
  • application strategy
  • personal statement
  • motivation letter
  • CV
  • extracurricular profile
  • interview preparation
  • final application review

We don’t just try to fill in an application. We try to present the candidate’s personality, abilities and goals in the best possible way.

06Profile building

Build a strong profile early

Grades are only one part of a candidate’s overall picture.

Learn moreShow less

Activities, experiences, projects, distinctions, volunteering and personal interests can also play an important role. We help the pupil build a more complete academic and personal path in good time.

Profile building does not mean artificially creating a CV. It means helping the pupil develop meaningful experiences that connect with their interests and goals.

07Master’s studies

The next academic step needs a strategy

We support graduates and young professionals in Greece and abroad.

Learn moreShow less

Choosing a master’s programme can significantly shape a young person’s career. The process can include:

  • choosing the subject
  • comparing universities
  • evaluating programmes
  • requirements
  • CV
  • motivation letter
  • personal statement
  • preparing the application

Why EduConnexion

We see the person,
not just the grades.

Every path is different

No two pupils have exactly the same interests, abilities and goals. That’s why our counselling is personalised.

We see the whole picture

We don’t only look at grades and schools. We look at the person, their goals and the path that can lead them there.

We combine information and strategy

The right information matters. What matters even more is knowing how to use it.

We plan early

The earlier planning begins, the more options a pupil can have.

To parents

A child’s future isn’t planned under pressure. It’s planned with knowledge.

Choosing what to study often creates stress for pupils and their families alike. EduConnexion’s role is to create a clearer framework:

  • To organise the information.
  • To present the alternatives.
  • To help the pupil understand their options.

And ultimately to support a decision based on knowledge, not on fear or pressure.

To pupils

You don’t need to know today what you want to do for the rest of your life.

But you do need to start getting to know yourself and the options out there. Sometimes the right decision doesn’t appear straight away. It’s built through questions, research, conversation and the right guidance.

EduConnexion is here to help you make this process clearer.

Students talking as they walk outside a university building

EduConnexion Career HUB was created to help young people make better-informed decisions about their studies and their career.

In an education landscape with countless options, different study systems and constantly changing career demands, the right guidance is more valuable than ever.

Our philosophy is based on personalised counselling. We don’t believe in ready-made solutions. We believe every pupil should weigh their options based on their own skills, interests, goals and abilities.

From the first exploration of career interests to choosing a university and the application process, our goal is to offer an organised, clear and human process.

Frequently asked questions

What pupils and parents usually ask

Pupils walking and smiling on university steps
When should career guidance start?

Choosing a profession should not be a last-year “experiment”. Career guidance is not a last-minute decision, but a gradual process of self-discovery that works best when it is built step by step:

  • Lower secondary school (Discovery): The aim is not to “lock in” a profession. We give children time to get to know themselves, discover their aptitudes and talents, make mistakes and try out options safely, completely free from exam stress.
  • Upper secondary school (Strategy): The process moves to the next stage. It turns the teenager’s now mature interests into specific educational and career choices, giving them confidence.

When the journey starts early, choosing what to study is not a riddle to be solved under pressure, but the natural next step of a path the pupil already knows and controls.

When should I start preparing to study abroad?

The earlier the better, especially for competitive universities or when a specific academic and extracurricular profile is required.

To make it even more specific for you, we start with three questions:

  • Are you aiming for an undergraduate (Bachelor) or postgraduate (Master/PhD) degree?
  • Which countries or universities are you targeting?
  • What is your field of study? (e.g. Computer Science, Business, Law, Medicine)

Tell us and we’ll create a custom action plan for you.

Do you only help upper secondary pupils?

No, our services are not limited to upper secondary pupils. Our support and guidance cover every stage of a person’s educational and professional journey, from school to adult life and the job market. Our services are for:

  • Lower secondary pupils: Early career guidance and discovering aptitudes.
  • Upper secondary pupils: Choosing a study direction, preparation and completing the university preference form.
  • University students: Academic development, choosing seminars and connecting with the job market.
  • Graduates: Researching, evaluating and choosing the right master’s programmes.
  • Unemployed people & professionals (Career Changers): Strategic career redesign, changing career direction, and guidance on specialised certifications and training programmes (reskilling/upskilling).
Can you tell me which profession is right for me?

Career guidance shouldn’t give a ready-made answer. The goal is to help the pupil understand themselves better and explore different options in an organised way.

Do you help with university applications?

EduConnexion provides guidance on choosing what to study and on the application process, according to the services agreed with each candidate.
